This is a charcoal sketch of a photograph by:

drawn and posted here with her permission. I thought the picture was really striking...there's something wild and primitive in the look, with the makeup and hair and stuff, and I thought it would go well in charcoal. I really like the photograph, so it was a lot of fun to draw. And you're right, it does have a 'wild' sort of feel...I guess that's what drew me to it in the first place.
